Sample satire from the Simpsons

Parody -In the starting of the episode Bart uses an example of parody when he writes on the board “Day light savings is not a failed bank”. They’re mocking the fact that it sounds like it has something to do with money. Also they could be making fun of the name, for example we have sun trust bank and its sounds like a similar name.
Exaggeration- the producer used exaggeration when Homer was visioning being high. I think the high you get from marijuana is not that colorful nor is it that strong for you to start seeing stuff. It was exaggerated to get appoint across and I guess to make it more exciting than it really is.
